Assistant Account Admin Executive

Reporting Manager: Head of Administration & Facilities

Staff Supervising: Senior Accounts Executive



The Assistant Account Admin Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the senior Accounts Executive by providing efficient and accurate assistance with various financial tasks. The Assistant Account Admin Executive will be responsible for a range of duties, from processing invoice to maintaining accurate records.

Core Responsibilities

1. Assist in data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks assigned.

2. Maintain accurate and organized records in accordance with the Financial policies and procedures of Trinity Methodist Church.

3. Assist the Senior Accounts Executive in generating the monthly Financial Reports

4. Assist in verifying the claim amounts against the Financial Budget.

5. Issuance of receipts to members for their donations/offering.

6. Assist the Senior Accounts Executive in updating the pledge records at the beginning of the Financial Year.

7. Updating of Fixed Deposits records and cash flow records.

8. Assist in preparing financial reports for the Local Conference and LCEC

9. Record and update the inventory list.

10. Keep and update records on insurance and maintenance contracts.


Secondary Responsibilities

1. Assist in any office administration.

2. Rostered for Weekend admin duties

3. Any other duties assigned by the Pastor-In-Charge or the Head of Administration & Facilities.



1. At least a Diploma in the relevant field

2. Minimum of one year experience in Accounts Administration

3. Strong attention to details and accuracy

4. Proficient in Microsoft excel and QuickBooks

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Willingness to learn new skills.
