Mission Trip to Timor-Leste with the Methodist Mission Society
Join us on a meaningful journey to Timor-Leste, where we will serve alongside the Methodist Mission Society (MMS) in community outreach, village ministry, and discipleship. This trip is an opportunity to share God’s love, walk alongside local communities, and be part of a transformative experience that will impact both the people we serve and our own faith journeys.
What to Expect
This mission trip will be centered around Sundermeier Home (SH), a student hostel in Gleno, Ermera District. Established in 2016, SH provides a safe and nurturing environment for students from remote villages to complete their high school education. Beyond academic support, the hostel fosters Christian values, spiritual growth, and life skills that equip students for the future.
During the trip, you will be involved in:
Youth Ministry
-Leading Bible studies, devotionals, and discipleship workshops to encourage the students in their faith.
-Conducting interactive sessions such as storytelling, worship, and games that help young people engage with the Gospel.
-Walking alongside students as mentors, providing encouragement and guidance in their personal and spiritual lives.
