We engage, establish and equip our community towards this goal of empowering them to make a difference in their world.
Our Discipleship Journey
Discipleship is an ongoing journey that each of us, as disciples, are called to embark on. Our vision at TMC is to build, nurture and make disciples, who would go on to make other disciples around them.
More than just a catchphrase in the Church, we truly believe Discipleship and Disciple-Making is the call and commission by Christ to every Christian, to discover His purposes, desires and plans for our lives. In TMC, we’d love to help you begin your journey of discipleship.
We have crafted a plan and a journey for you to take, birthed out of our convictions from the Bible as well as our own experiences.

ENGAGE
The first step in the Discipleship Journey is for us to be engaged with the good news of the Gospel, and into the life of the Church. We believe that the Gospel is more than just good advice, it is life and salvation to all who hear and believe.
If you’re curious about the Christian faith, we have many opportunities for you to explore further and safe spaces for you to ask those heart burning questions. We also host a quarterly Welcome Dinner for all our visitors and guests who are interested to know more about the Church and our TMC community. We also run our annual Alpha course where you can explore all the questions about life and faith.
You can also check out our Discipleship Resources page for more information about the Gospel and of the Christian faith, and head to our Events page to see when our next Welcome Dinner is.
ESTABLISH
Like how a building needs a solid foundation, and a tree needs deep roots, it’s also important for you to establish your faith upon a rock. And we believe the best way to do that is understand who God is and His plan for you by studying the Bible together with an intimate community of friends – also known as small groups or discipling groups.
Small Groups are mini-communities around 12 people, where the focus is on the study of the Word, and supporting each other through genuine care and prayer; while our Discipling Relationships are micro communities of 3-4 people, journeying together intentionally and deeply, with the focus on accountability and life-on-life sharing. Expect to see personal transformation in the best way possible!
When you’re ready to take your next step in faith, and to call TMC home, consider signing up for our Baptism and Membership Course where you will then be introduced to the right micro-community. Or just let us know if you are ready to join a group!
EQUIP
The word “Disciple” in Greek means “learner”, and this is the stage where you will be equipped with a deeper understanding of God’s Word and be challenged to actively apply it in your life. In TMC, we hope to build a greenhouse of growth and equipping. This is done through our specially curated EQUIP courses throughout the year; and our hope is that we would be a community transformed by the Word.
The knowledge of scripture, when married with your God-given gifts, talents and skillsets will prepare you to effectively bring God’s love and truth to those around, in whichever way you choose to serve. Head over to our EVENTS page to see our upcoming EQUIP courses, and register for it.
EMPOWER
Finally, we believe the Gospel spreads when every disciple is now empowered to bring someone else on the same journey. We mature from being Disciples to becoming Disciple-makers; bringing the Gospel to those in four key areas of life (1) Our Church (2) Our Families (3) Our Workplaces (4) The World.
This way, the cycle of making disciples will endlessly continue to change more people’s lives for the better as they get engage with the Gospel, established in the Truth & spiritual communities, equipped to live out their calling and empowered to bring someone else along for the journey.
